Glossary
Words this shop uses, said simply. The technical pages are still there if you want them.
- Grok Bot
- An AI helper you run in Grok. You send it a setup page and it follows those rules.
- Grok Bot is xAI's hosted assistant. A setup on Prompt Place is a page you send to that assistant. It reads the job, the limits, and when to wait. Named bots on one account share one computer.
- Orchestration
- A setup where one main bot hands work to helper bots.
- Instead of one giant prompt, you run a manager and specialists. The manager routes. Helpers draft. You still decide what leaves the computer.
- Bot mesh
- A picture of your bots: who is working, who handed work, who is waiting.
- A visualization the main bot draws from the live roster. It is not a skin for chat. It is a map of the team.
- Soul file
- The written rules a bot follows: job, limits, and when to stop.
- Usually a short file such as SOUL.md. Role, what it may read, what it must never do, when it waits. If a request is not on the card, the bot stops.
- Agent
- Another word for a bot that does a job.
- On this site, agent, bot, and helper mean the same thing: a named assistant with a job and limits. Not a person.
